As I have mentioned in my earlier post about Wildlife Wonders , I described that magazine as an educational one . I also have to mention to you about Young Scientists , also another must-buy magazine .
I received my copy of the Young Scientists which I also have subscribed to in the school . To give you a brief description of what it is about ...

Okay , well , this magazine comprises of three different levels : Level One , level Two and Level Three . Level One is more for the P1s and P2s . Level Two is for the P3s and P4s . Level Three is for the P5s and P6s .
Here is more information on Level One Magazines :

The comic strip format is a good way of communicating more science concepts to children. Sea Life, World of Physics, Our Wonderful Earth, easy science experiments & science project ideas and instructions. Cool, fun and they really work!Level Three :

It is basically a Science comic magazine for Primary students . It is best if you start in Primary One . If you would like to view a sample , you can download the samples for any of the levels here . Okay , so back to the latest issues I have received . Actually , this Science magazine is for further knowledge and enrichment . But issue 109 , on the section of Zoom In , has the a topic on the Butterfly Fish and the article states its adaptations . I will share with you some of them .
Structural adaptation :
Butterfly fish have beautiful colours on their body to help them hide form their enemies in the corals . Besides , the butterfly fish can also change its colours and patterns to match the surrounding environment .From what my teacher said , the adaptations topic is commonly tested in the PSLE . Well , I don't know if it was just to scare us into studying further but let's just be in the safe side .
Okay , so with that , I end my post . But do remember this helpful magazine and be sure to check out their websites for other stuff other than magazines , such as educational books and games !
Thanks for reading ,
Nadiana
